Navicat Software Maintenance Plan allows Navicat users to receive priority email support, software upgrades and bug fix releases at no additional cost during the protection period. This allows you and your company to receive the latest version of Navicat, and take advantages of the latest and improved features of Navicat.
Subscription to the Maintenance Plan is done at the time of your software license purchase or within 90 days as of your purchase date – it cannot be added to a previously purchased product at a later date.
As a subscriber of the Navicat Software Maintenance Plan, it allows you to:
- Receive Priority Email Technical Support from our well trained Navicat professionals (1).
- Receive all software release including major and minor upgrades during the protection period (2).
- Receive exclusive promotions and product news.
In order to let customer experience the benefits of subscribing the Software Maintenance, we are now giving a complimentary maintenance period of 90 days, for each purchase of Navicat.
During the 90 days, customer will be protected under our complimentary software maintenance plan and enjoy priority support service. It’s also the time for customers to consider if they would like to subscribe to our maintenance plan.

(1) Priority Email Technical Support is provided through Navicat Support Center. Navicat professionals will response within 1 business days during Asia Pacific business hours (Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm GMT+8).
(2) The protection period begins on the day you purchased the product license and extends for a period of exactly 12 , 24 or 36 months, depending on whether you purchase the 1 year, 2-year or 3-year option.
